Thrive works directly with the state and federal court system to provide services in Rhode Island that are court ordered.
Court Diversion
Qualifying Rhode Islanders with a behavioral health issue who have been arrested for a crime and are facing potential prison time can inquire about voluntary participation in Thrive’s Court and Jail Diversion program.
Mental Health Treatment Court
Rhode Islanders who have an open misdemeanor case with pre-trial services out of Kent County or Providence District Court and have a qualifying serious and persistent mental health or substance use diagnosis can inquire with pre-trial services about Thrive’s active role in the Mental Health Treatment Court program.
Federal Probation
Thrive is an approved vendor to offer services for those who are ordered to seek treatment by the United States Probation Office for the District of Rhode Island.
Court Ordered Services
Thrive works in partnership with the RI Court System for those Rhode Islanders who are court-ordered for mental health and substance use treatment. At this time, Thrive does not offer forensic evaluations or sex offender services.
