Structured treatment for adults coping with substance use or co-occurring substance use and mental health disorders. Services include group and individual counseling, on-site collection for random toxicology screens by an independent laboratory, and as-needed psychiatry and case management.
Thrive Behavioral Health is Kent County's leading provider of treatment for people experiencing behavioral health issues. Our Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP) serves adults aged 18 or older who do not require an inpatient program but for whom traditional outpatient treatment is inadequate. In the IOP, clients receive professional help in an environment of dignity and respect.

Upon IOP completion, traditional outpatient treatment at Thrive is available to help clients maintain and enhance the gains they achieved in IOP.
