May is Mental Health Month

Find Your Inner Superhero

Join this fun, interactive, virtual drama therapy workshop to help grow all your superpowers. This one-time one-hour workshop lead by Thrive’s drama therapist intern, Susie Schutt, and Laura Scussel, Program Manager of Youth and Family Services.  This workshop provides a safe and creative environment for kids to explore and use their imaginations. Participants will practice their confidence, communication, and collaboration, all while building their superhero identity. 

 

Painting for Hope: Onsite Art Therapy Workshop for Teens

Join Thrive Youth & Family's resident Art Therapist, Nadine Lilly, for a spray painting workshop where teens can express their individual hopes for the future on their own canvas and also collaborate together to design a group mural displaying their hope for the world in the upcoming year.

Expressions of Growth

Through a variety of art mediums, members of Thrive Behavioral Health’s community express the challenges they are facing and the triumphs they’ve achieved on their road to mental wellness. In this montage, we invite you to bear witness as these individuals explore their unique experiences of personal growth and the powerful impact their journeys have had on their hearts, minds and spirits.
